Super pleased with my progress over the past few months at Abbeymill Fitness Club! My main goal was to tone up, develop a bum and become generally fitter and healthier without having to give up my Chinese Fridays

The Personal Training Stephen provides is motivational, hard work and such good value for money.

The members that attend the gym are so friendly and can be a good laugh (usually at my moaning)

Cheryl Before and After

3 years ago Cheryl decided enough was enough! She was unfit, snacking and generally very unhappy with herself.


Cheryl started Personal Training with Stephen and although she was enjoying it at first the results didn’t seem to be changing, she was in her own words still eating unhealthy foods and snacking so all the hard work was going to waste.

Following Stephen of UPT’s advice Cheryl really started to see results and starting at a size 16 she was soon a size 14, she has now been a member for three and a half years and down to a size 10.

Cheryl's shape has dramatically changed for the better and she has the proper nutritional advice and support from Stephen, just look at the amazing results on the photo of before and after.
