Stephen Brown, owner of Abbey Mill Fitness Club, Paisley has helped hundreds of people get back into shape by working with them on a one to one basis.

Since completing a Diploma in Health & Fitness, Stephen has gained 20 years experience in Personal Training and specialises in weight loss and muscle tone plus nutritional advice. Stephen is a former Martial Arts instructor, BAWLA certified and recently became TRX qualified too. Fully insured through HISCOX, policy number HS/5138209.

12 sessions £300, includes free MYZONE Heart Rate monitor (first 12 sessions only)
Pay-as-you go £30 per session
